At Qabya, we want you to love your gear as much as we loved making it. 🔥 If for any reason it’s not your vibe, you can return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Original condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all tags and the receipt.
  • Sale items: Products purchased on sale or at discounted prices are not eligible for return (unless defective).
  • Faulty or wrong item: If you receive a faulty product or the wrong size, we will cover the shipping costs.

How It Works

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or use the Contact Us form on the site.
  2. Our support team will reply with instructions and confirm the pickup details.
  3. We’ll arrange collection and either send a replacement or process your refund within 7 business days.
Note:
  • Refunds are issued via the same payment method used in the order.
  • For standard returns (non-faulty items), return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
